BiblioWeb is a digital platform dedicated to the digital lending (e-lending) of Christian content in the form of e-books and other media. It is maintained by the BiblioWeb Cultural Association, a non-profit based in Brazil. Its mission is to provide online access to Christian content, especially benefiting users in places far from physical libraries and collections, anywhere on the planet.
On the BYLAWS page you can learn how the association was instituted; on the INTERNAL REGULATIONS page, how it is governed, where you will also find the Declaration of Principles and Values — its Code of Ethics.
According to the BYLAWS, Effective Members hold voting rights and may be elected; Adjunct Members may not vote nor be elected, but may freely enjoy the collection. Content and collection partners may optionally also become members; this, however, is not a requirement for a content-sharing partnership.

Membership categories
- Effective Member — voting rights and eligibility for institutional roles.
- Adjunct Member — no voting rights, full access to the digital collection.
- Content partner — publisher or author providing content to the project.
- Institutional partner — churches, seminaries and allied institutions.
- Donor — financially supports the expansion of the ministry.
